219 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Stone Wall"

A recording of my grandfather's old pendulum wall clock, made in about 1926. The mechanism is worn and ticks unevenly, with occasional clunks from damaged cogwheel teeth. Recorded from inside the case, it is entirely unedited so contains slight ambient noise.

Clock ticking.

A heavy impact noise created by pounding on a wall covered in bed foam. Creates a nice muffled slamming effect without the smacking sound of flesh hitting wood.

A sound made to mimic a sword being drawn. It was created by scraping a metal bar across a cinder block. -----------------------------------------------------------------------. This sound, like everything i upload here,is completely free for anyone to use. I hope it is useful. 🎶.

I build it in fl studio (32bits) with the soundfonts plugin (the soundfont used was "sgm")overdubs were done with a "strings" sample and the rest was just the pure instrument with eq and reverb. (it also includes a subtle piano and choir).

Ticking s/fx. Good for many clock or watch sounds. It is actually a taylor mechanical kitchen timer. It was recorded with a contact mic in anechoic chamberclock_02 is the same timer but was recorded with an external mic, and has a thinner sound, more like a wrist watch type sound. An ambient, white noise wall of sound recorded as i walked through our well ventilated university print shop. You can hear a variety of machine noises that layer to create a constant hum, with a swelling rise and fall like occasional waves. Some of the vents whistle, some tick or click and purr. Near the very end, there is a single sharp click. The ventilation system is an anti-fume tube series used for printmaking. Recorded on a microtrack ii. General information: recorded indoors on handheld microtrack while walking from room to room. No noticeable footstep sounds. No voices. Room has high ceilings and cement floors.

This is the sound of my great grandma's helen clock. It's got about 100 years! a piece of history at my home. I love this sound.
